FAQ
What's the difference between a key and a .txt?
A key gives you access to the model through our API; the prompt runs on our server and stays hidden. The .txt file is the prompt text itself with a guide, for use elsewhere without our API.
What is the “Prompts” section?
A catalog of ready-made prompts sold as a .txt file with a guide. They aren't tied to the API or keys: you buy the file and use it with any model on any platform. Each file carries a personal buyer mark.
Can I use a key with another model?
No. A key is issued for one model; a request to another returns 403 model_not_allowed.
Why was the key shown only once?
We store only a hash of the key and can't recover it. If you lose it, reissue the key in the console.
Do I pay for the prompt again for a second key?
No. You buy a model's prompt once; more keys for it cost the extra-key price.
Are the built-in prompt's tokens billed?
Yes, they count toward the request's input tokens.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are possible after service outages. Contact support.
Where can I see what I spent?
In the console under “Usage”: every request with its tokens and cost, with CSV export.
What data do you keep?
Your Telegram ID, username and usage history: tokens and cost of each request. We don't store the texts of API requests and replies. Your web chat history in the console is kept in your account. See the privacy policy.
