Terms of service

1. The service

EniCloud (https://eni-cloud.xyz) provides access to the DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM and Gemini language models through an OpenAI-compatible API, a web chat and the @EniCloud_bot Telegram bot. Each model has a prompt attached that shapes its replies. A prompt with a guide is also sold as a .txt file.

2. Account

You log in with Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account and your API keys safe. A key is shown once; if it leaks, reissue it in the console.

3. Payment

  • The service is prepaid: the balance is topped up with cryptocurrency.
  • A model's prompt is bought once; further keys for that model cost the extra-key price.
  • Requests are charged from the balance by tokens, at the prices shown on the site at the time of the request. The built-in prompt's tokens count as input tokens.
  • Gift and referral credits can be spent in the service but not withdrawn.
  • Prices may change; new prices apply from publication and don't affect completed requests.

4. Not allowed

  • Reselling, publishing or sharing prompts, .txt files or parts of them. Each .txt file carries a personal buyer mark.
  • Trying to extract the built-in prompt from model replies.
  • Sharing your keys or reselling API access without a written agreement with us.
  • Using the service to break the law, create malware, send spam, commit fraud, produce content that violates other people's rights, or in breach of the model providers' rules.
  • Creating accounts to farm referral bonuses.

We may block the account and keys for violations. The remaining balance is not refunded after a block for a violation.

5. Liability

Replies are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate; checking them is the user's responsibility. The service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but don't guarantee it; for outages on our side the refund policy applies. Our liability is limited to the amount the user paid in the last 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site or in the bot. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.
