Privacy policy

Version of October 26, 2026.

What we store

• Telegram: the ID, username and name Telegram shares at login.
• Payments: top-ups, purchases, balance changes, addresses and transaction hashes for invoices.
• Usage: time, model, key, token counts, cost and status of every API request.
• Keys: only a hash and the last 4 characters. We don't store the key itself.
• Web chat: your conversation history in the console, in your account.
• Technical data: IP address and browser for active sessions and abuse protection.

What we don't store

The texts of API requests and model replies are not saved. They pass through our server to the model provider and back.

Why

To log you in, charge payments, show statistics, send Telegram notifications, pay referral bonuses, investigate .txt leaks and protect the service from abuse.

Who receives data

• Model providers: request contents, without account data, only to generate a reply.
• Payment services and blockchains: what's needed to process a payment.
• Telegram: bot messages.

We don't sell data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the login session, interface language and referral code. No analytics or ad trackers.

Retention

Data is kept while the account exists. Financial records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Deleting your account

Deletion is confirmed in the @EniCloud_bot bot. The remaining balance is lost on deletion.
