Sending to an address
- TON: always include the comment from the invoice. That's how we find your payment.
- TRON, BNB Chain, Solana: send the amount exactly, down to the last digit. The last digits are unique to each invoice and identify your payment.
- For GRAM and BNB the exchange rate is fixed when the invoice is created.
An invoice is valid for a limited time; the timer is on the invoice screen. If you send money after it expires, it is still credited after a check.
Refunds
Balance funds can't be withdrawn. A refund is possible if the service had outages on our side: contact support; support makes the decision. See the refund policy.
